Crimping is a process that requires precision work. The crimping profile and crimping pressure must be precisely adapted to the connectors and cables used in order to achieve a permanently mechanically and electrically safe connection. Knipex PreciForce pliers have a light and compact design with hand force amplified by the lever mechanism and a precise crimping profile. Result: ideal and user-friendly pressure is applied precisely to the connector, which is connected to the cable - even with frequent crimping.

Built-in lock for precise repeated crimping

Knipex PreciForce allows the user to fully focus on crimping, because the pliers measure the hand force themselves, ensuring optimal crimping pressure. The pressure of the crimping pliers is precisely set (calibrated) in the factory for heat-shrinkable sleeve connectors. The built-in lock prevents the pliers from opening prematurely before the set upper limit has been reached with hand pressure. The pliers open automatically only when the pre-set crimping pressure has been reached. If necessary, the lock can be released manually and the crimping pressure can be adjusted.
