Excellent access even in unfavorable conditions

Whether it's a large spring clamp on the suction hose or more delicate clamps on the cooling device deep in the engine compartment – with the Knipex 85 51 250 A spring clamp pliers, all spring clamps with a diameter of up to 70 mm can be easily and safely opened, held and moved. The pliers are narrow and adapt to the working conditions thanks to the rotating gripping tips.

Quick application of the tool from any direction: Quick-Set adjustment and rotating gripping tips

During installation, spring clamps can often be twisted, for example, in engine compartments. The Quick-Set adjustment mechanism comes in handy in tight spaces: place the pliers on the clamp, slide to close – and the pliers hold firmly. The rotating universal tips are designed for work from any angle. With these spring clamp pliers, you can reach and store clamps even in unfavorable installation positions.

Low force consumption even when opening larger clamps with a diameter of up to 70 mm

The lever mechanism of the Knipex 85 51 250 A pliers is very efficient, allowing larger spring clamps to be opened and held safely and with little effort. The maximum opening range is 80 mm, which allows the clamp working range of 40 mm.
