Optimized for everyday use by craftsmen

Fits in any pocket: Knipex 70 15 110 diagonal cutting pliers are small in size but large in performance.

From the head shape to the polishing and the hardness of the cutting edges, these pliers are adapted to the various cutting tasks that electricians, mechatronics technicians, and electronics technicians encounter daily.

Universal cutting capacity

Knipex 70 15 110 pliers cut hard wires (e.g., steel wire strands) up to Ø 1.2 mm and soft wires (e.g., copper wire) up to Ø 3.0 mm.

The long cutting edges make them ideal for cutting smaller cables. The extremely precisely machined cutting edges allow even very fine stranded wires to be cut precisely – right to the tips of the cutting edges.

This is particularly useful in confined spaces, such as shortening wires in distribution boxes or working with electronic components.

Robust and durable

Knipex forges the diagonal cutting pliers from vanadium steel, which achieves high strength through hardening and oil quenching.

The cutting edges are induction hardened to a hardness of approx. 62 HRC, ensuring a consistently precise cut. The chrome finish makes the tool easy to clean and protects against rust.
