The EXPERT EXMM3-17 is a durable, impact-resistant moisture meter with a rubberized housing and IP65 protection class. 
It measures moisture content in 37 types of wood and 10 types of building materials. 
It has a button to switch between non-invasive pad and invasive probe measurements. 
The sensor pad allows for quick scanning over larger areas using a dry zone as a reference. 

The EXPERT EXMM3-17 also monitors ambient air temperature and relative humidity. 
It is ideal for carpenters, drywall installers, painters, facility managers, architects, and plumbers to assess moisture levels and prevent damage or mold growth. 
Additionally, it is compatible with our BA 3.7V 1.0Ah A battery pack.
